The maximum validity period of the certificate is 5 years. An annual eyesight test certificate shall be provided to verify the validity of the certificate. Prior to the expiration of every second validity period, the certificate holder may apply for recertification if they have undergone and met the requirements for an eyesight test within the previous year, as well as undergone and met the requirements for a color vision or grayscale test within the previous 5 years. All certificates issued by the IWCC can be verified for authenticity through the IWCC official website, with multiple verification methods available for both mobile and desktop devices, ensuring the applicable scope and verifiability of the certificates.
